Shipping Policy

At Gulabae, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and affordably.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 15 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time: 20 business days.
Due to the LPG shortage the procurement of fabrics has slowed down hence the processing and shipping are delayed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp to monitor delivery status.

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, customs clearance, or courier issues.

At Gulabae, every piece is thoughtfully made to order with attention to fit, fabric and finish.

Please note: Once an order is placed, if you want to cancel the order.

For partial COD orders, the 10% amount paid is non-refundable.
For prepaid orders, 10% of the order value will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
